New Masquerade actress, Veronica Njoku has passed away

News reports indicate that veteran actress, Veronica Njoku, who is famous for her role as Ramota in the popular TV series, New Masquerade has died.
The TV series was popular in the 90s and Ramota, wife of Chief Jegede stood out with her accent and tribal marks.
Tony Akposheri, who acted in the same television series as Zacchaeus, confirmed her death. He was quoted saying:
”Yes, it is true that Veronica Njoku is dead.”
Veronica Njoku passed on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
