The GTB Food and Drinks Fair started today and there were lots of attractions for fair goers; from Master Classes with chefs from both the international and Nigerian scene to the farmers’ market with its seemingly endless array of produce.
Some chefs, who had masterclasses at the event, included Chef Eros. who made Bolè and Jollof Rissotto, Chef Stone, Chef BrianMarlakey, who made creviche, Chef Jehan Powell amongst others.
Vendors were also on hand to satisfy the food craving with their products, which ranged from Nigerian cuisine to intercontinental dishes, there was something to satisfy everyone.
