Super Eagles player, Ahmed Musa arrested for domestic violence in United Kingdom

News report reveal that Super Eagles star, Ahmed Musa was arrested in the United Kingdom on suspicion of beating his wife.
Musa, who plays for Leicester City in the Premier League, was arrested when he returned home at 1a.m on Wednesday by some police officers.
The police officers came to his five-bedroom mansion in Countesthorpe, Leicestershire on Tuesday, April 4 after his side’s 2-0 win over Sunderland. They had come in response to the distress call concerning domestic violence before making the arrest.
Speaking on the arrest, a Leicestershire Police officer said:
”A 24-year-old man was arrested yesterday morning at his home address near Leicester on suspicion of common assault,”
They questioned the Super Eagles star, his wife, Jamila and his kids before he was released without charges.
According to the UK Sun, Musa’s neighbour was surprised at the incident, describing him as nice guy with a friendly smile. Another said:
“You never hear noise coming from the house. I had no idea the police had been called there,”
