Actor, Idris Elba puts on the daddy cap for his daughter All-white sweet 16 party

Idris Elba’s daughter, Isan, just celebrated her 16th birthday and, of course, dad was there to proudly ring in the milestone.
Isan took to Instagram to share photos of the fun-filled event, which took place in Atlanta at the Park Tavern in Piedmont Park, according to People.
“Isan is 16 today!! What?? I’m so proud of my lil mami .. I’m very lucky to have her in my life. Her entire life represents a change for the better… The long-awaited gift bearer. I love you,” Elba wrote prior to the big bash.
In August during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Elba gushed about his relationship with his daughter.
“She loves me but she tells me to calm down a little bit. She thinks I’m trying to be cool all of the time and I’m like, I am cool,” he told Fallon. “She’s always trying to quiz me about rappers and I don’t know who’s who anymore.”
Isan’s mom, Hanne “Kim” Norgaard, also shared a post celebrating the moment, “My baby girls Sweet 16.”
Norgaard and Elba were married from 1999–2003. In 2014, Elba welcomed a son, Winston Elba, with then-partner, Naiyana Garth.
