Nollywood actress, Ireti Doyle has revealed what went on behind the scenes of the shoot of her latest photos, that she has uploaded on her Instagram page.

The veteran actress revealed, she had taken a risk with an upcoming photographer and an unknown make up artiste. At the end of the day though, they were able to create some nice images.

“I don’t call them resolutions anymore.. but one conscious thought I came into 2018 with, was to be more #open.
Open to new ideas…new people.. new ways…new conversations…walking down interesting pathways not knowing where they may lead.
This mind set informed my decision not to summarily dismiss @osmedia_photography when he sent a dm saying he would like to take “a” picture of me. “Just 1?” I replied. “What is your specialty?” (Do photographers specialize?????‍♀) Emi o mo o …I was just trying to gauge how experienced (read genuine) he was…to which he replied…”well…actually, I’m just upcoming”
My heart sank …I’ve found that “upcoming” is a very vague word and can mean anything…or nothing at all.
That he is lives in Abuja and we were having this convo a day or two to my arrival there for a movie shoot, was pure coincidence or just maybe… the stars aligning in that peculiar way…
So, I took a chance …What’s the worst that can happen?
So I call up @seyivodi asking him to recommend a stylist for a shoot, and if he could make me something to wear. His response was 2 spanking customized agbada’s crafted and delivered to my hotel room in 48hrs. Yup @seyivodi delivers like that?
@osmedia_photography brought in the makeup artist @phaithoka and after a brief power struggle over my brows and we had firmly established who was boss☺? things worked out beautifully…
