Former US first lady, Michelle Obama applauds ‘Black panther’ movie

Marvel’s ‘ Black Panther’ movie, which raked in $218 million on its opening weekend, continues to get positive reviews and acclamations.
The latest is coming from former first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama who took to her Twitter page to praise the movie.
She also took time to congratulate all the members of the movie crew particularly as the movie cast is predominantly black actors and actresses. According to her, young people have found new role models seeing superheroes who look like them on the big screen.
She wrote:
“Congrats to the entire #blackpanther team! Because of you, young people will finally see superheroes that look like them on the big screen. I loved this movie and I know it will inspire people of all backgrounds to dig deep and find the courage to be heroes of their own stories.”
