How I deal with heartbreaks – Actress, Paschaline Alex

By Rita Chioma,

Paschaline Alex Okoli is a Nigerian actress who is predominantly known for her role as Cordelia in the sitcom titled Jenifa’s Diary.
The Anambra State born beautiful script interpreter is quite bold and strong-willed, as she reveals to Allure Vanguard that it would only take her two weeks to dust off hurtful feelings of heartbreak, no matter how deeply in love she is.
“Yes, I have been heartbroken. I’m human, but I don’t cry over heartbreaks. The last one, to be honest, it really hurt me badly, but I after 2 weeks, I was back to normal. I didn’t cry or starve myself,” she assured.
When asked about her current relationship status, the leggy diva maintained that she is in a serious relationship but with her maker.
“I’m in a very serious relationship with my God. A very serious one at that. I will get married to the right man when the time is right.
All I want is a man who will support and encourage me to pursue my desires and dreams. A man that will make me feel comfortable expressing my thoughts and feelings openly to him without fearing his judgment or ridicule,” she said.
Airing her views on Big Brother Naija shenanigans and premarital sex, Alex said: “I’m not a saint oh but our bodies are meant temples of the Holy Spirit. St. Paul indicates that sin of the body is serious compared to sins outside the body. Anyways I’m not even a fan of Big Brother.”
