Ever-smiling Nollywood actress, Kate henshaw, who is also fitness enthusiast via her Instagram page preached about self-love.

According to the 46-year-old actress, the older she gets, the more confident she becomes.  She said this after she shared a before and after makeup photo of herself. She also added that material things appeal to her no more.
