Officials of Miss Africa World Beauty Pageant from the United States of America along with its reigning Queen, Uche Umeagukwu, are set to begin a tour in Nigeria beginning from May 23, 2018.

Nigerian Uche Umeagukwu, former Face of Abuja Nigeria was crowned Miss Africa World on November 18, 2017 at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center in California, United States of America. Uche beat other 54 beautiful contestants from across the globe to win the prestigious crown.

A statement issued by the organisers and signed by Paris Grammar, revealed that the tour is the first home coming for the queen, since she was crowned Miss Africa World November last year.

According to the statement “Recently Uche Umeagukwu represented Nigeria and was the victor over other contestants from all over the World. The statement further revealed that Oshodi/Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos state is partnering with Miss Africa World to ensure a successful tour for Umeagukwu while in Nigeria.

“The Home Coming will be an opportunity for Oshodi/Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State to showcase itself to the World and partner with Miss Africa World championing other project development they may have. It is five days of festivities full of international artistes, influencers, local celebrities, powerful business executives and political figures” the statement added.

While in Nigeria, Miss Africa World, Uche Umeagukwu and her team are scheduled to arrive in Nigeria May 23, during which she would be received by current Miss Nigeria, Most beautiful Girl in Nigeria, Miss Oshodi and the officials of The Face of Nigeria.

Her itinerary shows that later she will pay courtesy visits to the Lagos State Governor, and the Anambra State Governor amongst others.
