Saudi Arabia ends 35-year-old ban on public cinemas with “Black Panther” movie

Saudi Arabia will be bringing to an end, it’s 35-year-old ban on public cinemas with the debut of “Black Panther” movie in the country.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie will be given a gala premiere on April 18 in Riyadh at the first AMC-branded cinema, a 620-seater theatre located in the King Abdullah Financial District.
Black Panther will show for five days followed by Avengers: Infinity War on April 26.
Saudi Arabia had announced in December 2017, that it had lifted the ban on public cinemas.
