No woman wants to look older than her age. She wants to be complimented of her beauty and ‘youthfulness’.

However, certain daily habits like overexposure to sun, smoking, negligence, pollution and poor nutrition can contribute to her aging process. The visible signs of aging includes presence of fine lines, wrinkles, discolouration and others.

The good news that there are certain fruits that every woman can add to her nutrition lists to help fight aging fast. They include:

1. Watermelon
Watermelon is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. It keeps the skin nourished and prevent wrinkles or skin discoloration that comes with aging skin.

2. Avocado
Avocado is rich in Vitamin E and the B-complex vitamins that nourishes the skin. It also contains potassium that helps keep the skin moisturized and hydrated. It also contains a compound called glutathione, which assists in the anti-aging process.

3. Pawpaw
Pawpaw does wonders on the skin as it contains Vitamins A, C and E. It is a natural complexion toner and fights the formation of wrinkles.

4. Apple
The apple residue is great for the skin. Its enzymatic actions help the skin to retain healthy water levels and keeps it fresh and healthy.

5. Banana
Youthful glow is obvious when you take bananas which have high levels of Vitamin C and B-6. And then, its manganese and antioxidant contents prevent premature aging.

6. Berries
Berries have some of the highest concentrations of antioxidants out of any fruit and this, along with their high levels of Vitamin C, help maintain the collagen that keeps your skin looking firm and wrinkle-free.

7. Grapes
Grapes are a rich source of both manganese and Vitamin C. These compounds can prevent damage due to ultraviolet radiation while their antioxidant properties fight against the aging process.
