7 Ways To Say ‘I Love You’ Without Using The Words

The simplest way to let someone know you love them is by telling them. But there are many reasons why you may need to do other things to express your love.

Sometimes saying ‘I love you’ over and over again may cause the words to lose some of its sincerity and meaning. Especially when the words aren’t backed by the right actions.

So it’s important that you understand the little gestures that can help lend more power to your verbal expression of your love.

1. Pay attention to them
One way to show your partner you value him is by paying attention to what he says. This includes remembering special occasions or events, listening to him, and considering his needs.

2. Thoughtful gestures
Buying a present and sending them a message in the middle of the day to let them know you’re thinking of them are some of the little gestures that can help express your feelings.

3. Go the extra mile
One way to say ‘I love you’ to your partner is to go that extra mile to make them smile. It may be as simple as making their favourite meal or getting a snack you know makes them happy.

4. Lend a helping hand
When you pitch in to help someone without them asking, it shows how much you care. So offer your assistance every once in a while as a way to express your affection.

5. Make time for them
It can be hard to convince someone you love them if you can barely make out time to be with them or do something for them. Time is very valuable, and giving yours to someone else is proof of how much you care.

6. Be supportive
To say ‘I love you,’ you can also try standing by your partner and supporting him when the situation arises. It makes you both feel like a team.

7. Practice gratitude
No one likes to be taken for granted, especially someone who loves you. So reciprocate that feeling by appreciating your partner, even for the little things.

Even better, you can learn all about each other’s love languages and completely transform your relationship.
