Whether you are a business owner or employee, you are bound to face some challenges. The good news is that with these problems are solutions. Find below tips to help you out.

1). Do not be afraid to fail!
Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently

2). Get feedback.
Feedback is critical to validate your business/ work, make sure to get feedback from your boss or customers. For business owner, do an in depth analysis, read articles about them and interview their customers.

3). Be an Eager Learner.
The key to growth, innovation and success is knowledge.

4). Become an expert.
The marketplace has shifted, but people still value authenticity and expertise. Work on your craft.

5). Ask for what you need
Men especially Nigerian men are often extremely confident and good at asking for what they want, when they need it and how they need it whether it be for capital, support or simply knowledge.

6). Minimize negative people.
You will meet a lot of doubters and people who do not get or understand your vision. This is fine because in life not everyone will support our decisions but you sure don’t need to surround yourself with such people. Avoid discussing your business or career aspiration with anyone that does not inspire you to move forward!

7). Network. Network. Network.
If you want to build a large and successful business, you cannot do it alone. You need to get over your fear of rejection and network like it’s your job.

8). Have BIG plans.
Women often underestimate their own potential by faiing to dream big enough. It is important to tap into the inner reason behind your business and really think about the legacy you want to leave behind.

9). Be confident.

Believe you can do it and you are most of the way there
