Jungle Bird Cocktail: A delight to quench your thirst
The Jungle bird cocktail is perfect to quench your thirst this hot sunny weather. It is easy to make and its deep bittersweet flavour makes it a wonderful delight to your tastebuds.
Here is what you need:
* 1 shot rum
* 1 shot pineapple juice
*1/2 shot Campari
*1 tablespoon lime juice
*1 tablespoon simple syrup
* Ice cubes
*Pineapple wedge to garnish
1. Start by pouring all ingredients except garnish into a shaker tin with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice
3. Garnish with pineapple wedge impaled on the rim of the glass
4. Freeze for 4-10 hours, blend and serve immediately
