Nicole Chikwe speaks on health, beauty and fitness goals

Nicole Chikwe is a model, social media influencer, beauty enthusiast, a Stanford certified nutrition expert and Founder of TrimKitchen- a healthy lunch delivery service as well as wife to rapper Naeto C and mother of their three beautiful children.
She has worked with several leading brands such as Hairfinity, Nike, Lancôme, Blue Band, Bath Kandy, Jumia Nigeria, Guerlain, Inglot, Sweet Kiwi, M.A.C and contributed beauty and wellness content to many leading online platforms such as BellaNaija and Kamdora.
Her sole mission is to shape and help women by providing workouts, recipes, and fitness tips.
She created the TK Method specifically for this which is a Weightloss and Wellness service developed by Nicole Chikwe to educate and support millions of women in their health and fitness journeys.
She has made it a personal goal to help as many women as possible to achieve their ideal level of health and fitness, and to feel more confident, beautiful and happy- Starting with her two new weight loss and wellness plans, with one being specifically for New Mums.
The programs are designed to be flexible and guide on how to change eating patterns, eat nutrient dense and delicious food, adopt healthy practices to make your skin radiant, and train to increase fitness and strength through regular workouts.

Why did you decide to create these meal plans?
I finally decided to do the meal plans, because I’ve been working on and creating meal plans for people for at least three years with excellent results, so I decided to open it up to everyone- personal my goal is to impact as many women as possible and help them achieve their health, beauty and wellness goals
What can our readers expect from The TK Method?
They can expect a carefully put together roadmap to weight loss, wellness and beauty, extensive support from myself and the TK Tribe, and to emerge healthier and stronger after the programme, equipped with tools to help them sustain a healthy lifestyle.
What was the turning point where you decided to get serious about health and fitness?
It was after having my second child in 2013 and struggling to lose weight, having gained 30kg.
How have you seen your body change? My body has changed a great deal. Pregnancy changes a shape- and I’ve been pregnant three times. That said, I feel stronger and healthier than ever currently.
How do you grocery shop—do you make a list?
Making a list is of utmost importance so you don’t overspend and you only buy what you need. I always make a list for the week- I try to eat as clean and fresh as possible, so I buy my food items weekly.
What are your overall goals for your body?
Apart from wanting a smaller waist (who doesn’t), I’m also working on my strength and endurance. However, My primary goal is to be healthy and happy.
Out of all the workouts that you do, which is your favourite?
I LOVE RUNNING. It’s such a fantastic way to relieve stress, clear your mind AND burn tons of fat.
How do you stay motivated with such a full schedule?
It’s so hard to stay motivated especially with a newborn, but having a plan like the TK Method helps me stay prepared. I also want to live a long healthy life, and I know it is one of the best ways to ensure I do.
