#AllureKitchen: Grilled Corn, Coconut & Mayonnaise
Corn is in season. It is good to know that you can try different delicacies with it. Take for example, the grilled corn, and coconut and mayonnaise.
Here is what you need:
*1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
*1 Tablespoon hot chill sauce or Cameroon pepper
*1 Tablespoon sugar
*2 Medium cloves garlic, minced
*1 Tablespoon juice from lime, plus 1 whole lime cut into segments
*4 ears corn, grilled
*1/2 cup dried, flaked, unsweetened coconut
Method
1.Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sugar, and garlic, 1tablespoon lime juice and set aside
2. Transfer grilled corn to a bowl and coat with sauce using brush. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
