Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi offer UI student, Tunmise Adeyemi scholarship for bible recitationn

Foremost philanthropist, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi has offered a full scholarship to Miss Tunmise Esther Adeyemi, a 20-year old member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria who made history on Saturday, September 14, 2019, by reciting Psalm 119, from verse one to the end.

Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Holy Bible with 176 verses.

Tunmise, a 100-level Law undergraduate of the University of Ibadan set this mind-blowing record during the 94th Seraphim Day Anniversary held at Seraphim Land, Ogun state.

Impressed by Tunmise’s flow and error-free delivery, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi, her husband Rev. Dr. Ademuyiwa Ajayi and the audience gave her a standing ovation.  After which Rev Ajayi then approached her with a hug, showering words of commendation on her. “God bless you. You make us proud. Thank you”, she said.

It was later announced that Tunmise has been offered a full scholarship to any private university of her choice courtesy the Esther Ajayi Foundation.

However, reports say her elated father, Superintendent Apostle Muyiwa Adeyemi, a journalist with the Guardian Newspapers and the Chief Public Relations Officer of the C and S Unification Church of Nigeria has said that Tunmise may not be leaving the University of Ibadan for a private university now. “We are considering that she should not change her school for now because when she was offered admission to study an Education course last year, she got the best result, the school graciously considered her transfer into the faculty of law. So we think she should be done with the degree in law. We have also discussed this with mama Esther Ajayi that she should get the scholarship for her masters and she is open to this idea”, he said.

Tunmise’s brilliant performance was also appreciated with the sum of N100, 000 by the Legal Adviser of the Church, Supretendent Apostle General Wale Taiwo (SAN).
