Actress, Susan Peter, mourns fathers’ passage
Delectable Nollywood actress, Susan Peters is a mournful mood. This is because she just lost her father.
She made the announcement of his passage on Instagram on Monday, when she wrote: “Rest on strong man. You fought hard. I asked for help and the world turned on us. It’s well/ Rest in peace papa. The angel has fallen.”
Few days ago, the actress took to the social media to ask for her friends and fans to pray fro her dad when she wrote: “We need Gods intervention, Jesus take charge!”
Peters’ dad had diabetes for years. In 2012, she set up the Susan Peters Foundation also known as Benue Pikin, a charity organisation whose goal is to raise awareness about Asthma and Diabetes in children. As someone who suffered from Asthma as a child and with a dad who had Diabetes, Peters has used her personal experiences to fight the corner of the less privilege children in the society who are suffering from these two ailments as she clearly demonstrated by adopting a baby girl from an orphanage.
