Today marks exactly one month that former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ede Nkechinyere, popularly known as Enkay hit the gym, and she is ecstatic she is achieving one of her goals.

According to the 25-year-old fashion designer, being deliberate about her wellbeing is of the best decisions she took since the year 2020 began.

In a post on Wednesday on Instagram, she wrote: “One of the best decisions of 2020.

“Tomorrow will make it one month and I’m beyond proud of myself. Sometimes I don’t always get it right, but I show up. Every damn day I SHOW UP!!! And that’s more than progress.

“What’s stopping you from achieving your goals? The year is still young. GO GET IT.”
