Benita Okojie reminiscence on delivery of daughter who clocks 1 today

Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter, Benita Okojie Adeyina has been reminiscing on delivery process of her second child, AraOluwa, who clocks one today, October 7.

The former child music star took to her Instagram page on Wednesday to recount events that led to the arrival of her baby girl, one year ago.

According to her, when Ara came out, the amniotic fluid was stale. The doctor couldn’t understand how she survived in stale water. God, the fresh living water kept her.

The mother of two then prayed for her daughter.

Here is her post:

“The Big 1!!!!!

“When the doctors said her heart rate was too fast, Jesus said her heart rate is just fine.

“Dear Jesus, we are grateful for the gift of AraOluwa, Ara wonder. Our good and precious gift from God.

“If I start to talk about how Jesus turned the delivery room to a room full of wonders and miracles. Ha! Jesus you are too consistent to leave me half way. You Lord are the Best, The Greatest, nobody finish work like you.

“When Ara came out, the amniotic fluid was stale. The doctor couldn’t understand how she survived in stale water. But look at God na, He is the fresh living water that kept her!!!!!

“My God, My King, My Father, Olowogbogboro, Olufunilayo,The Doctor of all doctors. I have come to say Thank You!

“Today, our Beautiful AraOluwa is a year old. I couldn’t be happier to celebrate the big 1. We are so blessed to have you in our lives. Gorgeous, healthy, happy, dancing and forever shouting halleluyah. You are God’s own. He will keep you, preserve you and make you a great nation. Your future is already beautiful. Your name is great and you will fulfil destiny. Your dad, I and your brother (best friend) love you sooooo much our madam!

#ThankYouJesus.”
