Tiwa Savage Enlists Naira Marley, Tacha For ‘Ole’ Visuals

Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has put out the visuals for ‘Ole’, a track off ‘Celia’, her latest album.

The award-winning singer announced the release of the project featuring Naira Marley, a fellow singer, and Tacha Akide, an ex-housemate of the BBNaija reality show, on Friday.

The less-than four-minute video addresses deeply-rooted corruption and injustice inherent in Nigeria’s polity.

The visuals of the song, aimed at enhancing the political consciousness of Nigerians, started with citizens violently going after their leaders to demand their rights.

“Because l quiet no means say I be fool…come and see Ole,” Tiwa could be heard singing.

It also examines how Nigerians’ quest for survival at all costs has continued to take a toll on the country’s socio-economic development.

Tiwa has established herself as one of the prominent figures in the Nigerian music landscape with strings of awards and honorary mentions.

The ’49-99′ crooner has released several beautiful projects and also staged collaborations with several prominent music stars including 2Baba and Wizkid.

In May 2019, Tiwa had left Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records and signed with the Universal Music Group (UMG), an American music company that boasts of artistes like Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga.

She had in August released ‘Celia’ album, which featured several music stars including Davido, Sam Smith, Stefflon Don, Hamzaa and Dice Ailes.
