Real reasons couple make noise during sex

The sounds couples make while having sex are different; some moan, mew, grunt, groan, gasp, gurgle or scream. It is possible with all the rom-coms, for you to feel a little self-conscious about your sex moans or lack of it.

The truth is that irrespective of whether you are keen about auditory clanging while at the Act or you prefer to mute your upstairs lips tightly while your downstairs lips is at work. Just bear in mind that your sex sounds are very normal.

Here are some reasons why some people are sex moaners while others are not; including, why unlocking your real sex noises might just be the key to better sex.
Most couples moan during sex- making sounds is natural and it could be because it just feels good, be it sexual moan or otherwise.
Another reason why you are moaning during intercourse may be due to the fact that you want to communicate. This allows you to guide your lovebird in the right direction without using words. Plus, it could be another way of saying ‘oh yes, more of that’.
On the flip side, research suggests that sometimes, sex noises may not necessarily be about expressing your own sexual pleasure; instead, it could be about pleasuring your spouse.
On the other hand, louder sex is not necessarily better sex especially, when you consider that some lovers are just naturally quiet during making out even if they are having the best sex of their life. If you happen to be of the quiet type during sex- fear not, your love making is not inherently less pleasurable than your louder peers. Same applicable if your lover does not make a commotion during coitus. It does not mean they are not enjoying themselves.
Moaning is definitely not the only way of communicating during sex. The non-auditory, uses eye contact, hands to push away or pull closer and auditory cues like speaking or breathing heavily, could serve as instructive as a throaty moan or groan. This may be the reason couples are not moaning because they are using these other communication devices.
In some cases, people aren’t moaning because they are stopping themselves from moaning. “Many people soften their groans and grunts into quiet moans and sighs, or to no sound at all.” And it could also be because they’ve been conditioned to think it s cool to be quiet in the bedroom.

So if you’re holding your breath or stifling sex moans, it could affect your own pleasure.
The bottom line-whether you sound like Ooohh ahh, ah ah ah ah, ooo. O O O Oh YEAH, silence or somewhere in between, it’s all normal. Your actual sounds or lack of it is an essential part of your sexual response.

Altering your sexual sound response can affect your breathing patterns -the breath-holding and altering that comes with being quiet, can impact blood flow and oxygenation of muscles, which ultimately impedes orgasmic response,” Blood flow to the genitals (specifically the pelvic floor muscles), is an essential part of arousal. This is what allows the vagina to self-lubricate, so if you’re holding your breath or stifling sex moans, you could be hindering your own pleasure.

Instead of making one noise or another because that’s what you think you’re supposed to do, “let yourself go when it comes to the noises you make or don’t make.’’ Letting your body go is essential to mind-blowing orgasms.
Whatever is true to you is healthy!
