Classy Ways To Dress Up For Christmas

With 2020 being what it has been to us all, we cannot help but celebrate Christmas, one of the biggest ceremonies of each year and fashion is one way we get to do that. Here are three easy and classy ways you can dress up and stand out this season.

Look one: Go Green

As a Nigerian, one has to be careful while rocking a green dress for Christmas. You don’t want to look like you’re celebrating Independence day when actually, it’s the birth of Christ. Hence, rather than white, pair your green A-line dress with black by opting for a sleek black pump to give your look a classy edge. A black clutch with tint of silver will sit right in especially, if you accessorize properly with your statement necklace.

Look Two: Classic Red

What’s Christmas without red? But rather than rock a dress, switch up with an ensemble comprising of red palazzo and red turtle. This classy look can be completed with strappy silver sandals, simple silver necklace and a statement clutch purse.

Look Three: Sparkle with Gold

Although gold is hardly the first colour you’ll think of when you think about Christmas, it’s the choicest on Christmas day. A gold dress will make you sparkle through out the day if wrong right.

Rock this simple cross over draped midi dress in luxurious rose gold sequins, and pair with strappy heels sandals. Still on the “simple” lane, you want to not make your accessories too loud hence, a fancy necklace with a unique pendant will be perfect, taking little but significant space on your open neckline.

Finish the look with a sling clutch.
