Here’s what you will need:
FRESH PASTA
Use grams for the most accurate result.
2 cups flour 258g
1/2 teaspoon salt(2.5g)
2 teaspoons oil
3 whole eggs(about 60g each)
To cook:
Boil in salted water for 2 minutes
Sauce
Boneless Chicken thighs(1/2kg)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 knorr cube
1 teaspoon garlic powder, paprika, cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic(2-3 cloves)
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Half small onion chopped
Pepper mix
1 large red bell pepper
3 Roma tomatoes
2 scotch bonnet Peppers
Veggies
Chopped green pepper
Chopped red bell pepper
Sliced Carrots
Few stems thyme
Chopped spring onion
