Uche Elendu defends Destiny Etiko for dressing ‘seductively’ to meet Governor Yahaya Bello
Hours after Nigerians on Instagram dragged Nollywood actress, Destiny Etiko over the seductive outfit she wore to visit the Governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello, her colleague, Uche Elendu has come out to explain why Ms Etiko dressed ‘seductively’ to meet the Governor.
According to Elendu, Destiny Etiko and some others were headed to the airport, before the governor asked that they pay him a courtesy visit.
Uche Elendu exonerated her colleague via Instagram comment section, where she wrote, “Hey you guys should leave this girl alone. She wasnt the only one that was on that trip and they were dressed casually to the airport before the governor called to see them. How is this dressing a national issue, gosh!”
It would be recalled that Destiny had come under heavy attack after she shared a photo he took with the governor on Instagram with the caption;
“HIS EXCELLENCY…YAHAYA ADOZA BELLO…God bless u more for the
Warm reception sir…Thanks KOGI…WORLDWIDE”
The 31-year-old then proceeded to block her comment section to prevent comments from social media users.
This, however, did not stop trolls from saying their mind and accusing her of intentionally trying to seduce the governor with the outfit she wore to pay the governor a visit.
