20 ways to get rid of head lice

One parasite that is found on human head is the head lice.

Lice are a common problem with preschool and school children. It causes tickling feeling of something moving in the hair, itching and source on the head.

Let’s talk about some of the home remedies and solutions of Head lice. 

After reading this article you will never face the problem of Lice in your Head. So, Let’s get started-

  1. Shampoo –

Using shampoo twice a week reduces the chances of lice in your head. The shampoo should be of a good or popular brand. For Boys It’s twice a week and for girls its 4 times a week.

  1. Oil –

Use oil at least 3 times in a week. It will keep your mind cool and also prevents head lice from your head. Coconut oil is the most recommended oil from the doctors for preventing the problem of Head lice.

  1. Head Massage –

There are lots of massage parlours are available in the market. You can use that massage parlour or can have your own from your home. Having massage at least twice a month prevents Head Lice from your head.

  1. Lab treatment –

You can also take help of a laboratory expert for the treatment of Lice in your head. There are lots of laboratory treatment are available which are very cheaper and they will give you a big and very good result.

  1. Comb –

Using comb for your hair daily prevent lice from your head. Using comb in wet hairs gives a good result in the treatment of lice of your head.

  1. Bath –

There are many people who do not take bath daily. But this is a big problem and this invites lice in your head. So take bath daily and stay away from lice. Our hair wants enough amount of water to keep itself clean and safe.

  1. Hair problems –

Many types of hair problems and hair diseases are also results in the production of lice in your head. If you are feeling any kind of problem in your hair then don’t waste time and contact a doctor soon because some hair problems cannot be treated from home but it can increase the chances of birth of lice in your head.

  1. Coconut oil –

Coconut oil is the most recommended oil by the Doctors. It prevents lice and also keep us safe from other hair diseases. Always use coconut oil for having massage in your head.

  1. Rain water –

Rain water contains high amount of Bad chemicals and dust. These bad Chemicals and dust are the reasons for the birth of lice in the human head. So stay away from rain water and it will keep you safe from lice.

  1. Roadside waters –

Roadside water means the water of lakes, Ponds and other river bodies. This water contains enough amount of Dust and Bad chemicals which may cause harm to your hair and it will surely give birth to the Lice in your head.

  1. Dust or Dirt –

Dirty dusts are one of the most important cause of Lice in our head. We should keep our hair neat and clean. Daily Bath can prevent these dust from our body and hair.

  1. Bath in Rivers –

In today’s time water of the rivers are very dirty. It will be better for the human being if they stay away from those rivers. The dirty water of those rivers may cause Lice in the head.

  1. Using Water Park –

There are lots of water parks are available in the city for the entertainment of public. The water bodies in those water parks are used by thousands of people daily. So it is obvious that lots of dirtiness is also available in those water bodies and those dirty things will harm our hair and give birth to Lice in our head.

  1. Towel –

Towel plays an important role in the health of our hair. We should keep our towel neat and clean every time. Every person should have a separate towel for his/her use. Suppose a towel is used by 3 people then there are 95% chances that all the three persons will get lice in their head.

  1. Stay Away –

There are lots of people are already available in our city or country who has lice in their head. We should stay away from those people because lice can be transferred through contact and touch.

  1. Soaps –

Generally soaps are made for the use in body. But there are some people who use soaps for their hair. Using soaps in the hair is not good for health and it may give birth to Lice in our head. So prevent soap and try to use shampoo for your hair.

  1. Sleeping in Park –

Many peoples like to visit Park in the early morning. Some of those people go and sleep in the sand of Beach or Park. But sleeping in the park and beach without any sheet is harmful for our hair. Sand and muds contains lots of germs, Chemicals and bacteria which may give birth to lice in our head.

  1. Bedsheet –

Each and Every person should change his bed sheet at least twice in a week. The use of single Bedsheet more than 3 days in a week make it dirty. That dirty bedsheet is very harmful for the health of our hair. As we know dirtiness is not good for the health of our hair because it gives birth to the lice in our head.

  1. Blanket –

Before using any blanket, it must be dry in the sun. After the sun’s rays, our blanket becomes clean. The use of dirty blankets is not good for the health of our hair.

  1. Cap –

We should keep our cap neat and clean before using it. Our hairs are very sensitive to dirtiness. Using dirty caps is obvious very bad for the health of our hair.
