Allure Sexmatic: How to tighten a loose Vagina

When it has to do with drawing the line between the ‘’ haves and have-nots,’’ a lot of men and women point fingers at the unsightly bulges, rolls and abnormalities of the female body.

Allure Sexmatic: How to tighten a loose Vagina

Be it chest, butt, stomach or facial features. In fact, all parts of the female body are always up for debate and the vagina inclusive, is not safe from society’s critical eye either.

There are quite a number of misconceptions and myths surrounding the vagina. It is actually believed that vaginas can lose their tightness for life. There is no absolute truth here.

The vagina is elastic in nature, this means it can stretch to accommodate things going inside such as the penis, sex toy or coming out like baby. Even at that, it does not take long for the vagina to snap back to its previous shape.

Yes, it is true the vagina may become slightly looser after child bearing, and also as you age in years. The vagina muscles expand and retract just like an accordion or a rubber band, but it won’t lose its elasticity permanently.

Historically, the myth surrounding a loose vagina has always been used as a way to shame the female folks of their sexual lives. Loose vagina does not describe a lady who has had a lot of sex with her spouse, it is originally used for women who have copulated with more than one man.

.The simple truth is that, it really does not matter who you have had intercourse with or how frequently, knowing well that penetration on its own can never cause the vagina to stretch out permanently.

Just like any other part of your body, the vagina is also subject to changes from various elements and events, particularly from the hormonal fluctuations.

On the other hand, a tight vagina is not importantly something positive. It could actually be a sign of underlying concern when you experience pain during love making.

Your vagina muscles is expected to relax naturally when aroused, and when you are not turned on or physically ready for sex, your vagina will not relax, get lubricated or stretch.

Bear in mind that tight vaginal muscles could make a sexual act painful or impossible to complete. Also, note that extreme vaginal tightness might be a sign of vaginismus, a pain that occurs before or during penetration.

It is a treatable physical disorder that affects one in 500 women, according to the University of California, Santa Barbara. If this is familiar, then see OB-GYN, who will assess your symptoms and make a diagnosis.

Your doctor may recommend kegels and other pelvic floor work outs, vaginal dilator therapy, or Botox injections to relax the muscles.

Regular sex or lack of it cannot cause your vagina to lose its stretch. Women who have more than one vaginal birth, are more likely to have weakened vaginal muscles; and if you are uncomfortable with this, there are excercises you can do to strengthen your vaginal floor muscles before and during pregnancy.

From age 40, you may start noticing a change in your vagina’s elasticity. This is because your estrogen levels will begin to drop as you get in to the perimenopausal stage.

Menopause stage comes with depleting levels of estrogen, the female body goes through a series of dramatic changes during this period, and majority of women find themselves in what feels like an entirely different body.

Though the inevitable muscle atrophy and incontinence might seem as being loose to some persons, on the flip side, the loss of elasticity to vulvovaginal tissues, the thinning of the vaginal wall, and the chronic dryness can give way to feelings of tightness and even severe pain during copulation.

From purely cosmetic to functional, the following are some of the ways loose vagina can be tighter outside hormones.
Kegels are essentially exercises you can indulge in to firm your pelvic floor muscles, but you do not have to do it unless you have a problem and a professional opinion.

It may do more harm to do kegels on a daily basis especially if you do not know whether you are using the right muscles.
Squeeze and relax during love making so you can learn to control how loose you are.

Now that you are used to the squeeze and relax feeling, try doing it during the act, every time he thrusts, you squeeze and relax. By so doing, you are squeezing him and he will feel tighter and you in turn will feel more sensation too. It is okay to also squeeze and just hold the squeeze, he will definitely enjoy it.

Designer Vaginas and Female Genital Cosmetic Surgery [FGCS]: This procedures aimed at modifying female gentile appearance with the up selling point of improving sexual function and making your genitalia look better, some ladies also go through this procedure because of discomfort.

The Husband Stitch/Episiotomies [are cut made between the vagina and anus to hasten the birth and to avoid widening the vagina] is an extra stitch that medical professionals may add to the repair process after a vaginal birth.

This ought to help tighten the vagina for increased pleasure for the spouse. Sometimes, it is applied without the woman’s consent or knowledge.

Is tighter vagina really important? May be it should not be at all. Before getting worked up about tightness, you should consider why, not how. Are you trying to please your partner?

Will getting tighter really achieve what you want, or are there other venues out there that may create better pleasure without causing you pain or putting unreachable standards on your person?

Rethink what sexual pleasure is and the best way to go about getting it. What is best is subjective and changes overtime. So, the only way to discover what works for you is to learn about yourself, and this goes beyond how hard you can squeeze or narrow your vagina.
