English singer, Adele, opens up on rumored engagement with Rich Paul

British singer, Adele Adkins has reacted to rumor of her being engaged to her sports agent boyfriend, Rich Paul, following a massive diamond ring she wore to the 2022 Brit Awards on February 8.

Adele opened up on her relationship with Rich Paul during her appearance on the UK’s “Graham Norton Show” on Thursday February 10.

The singer who would neither confirm nor deny if they’re engaged, said;

“If I was, would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t?”

When host, Graham Norton asked Adele about her postponed Las Vegas residency, the 33-year-old “Hello” singer assured her fans that it would be rescheduled for this year because she plans on having a baby. She said;

“It is absolutely 100 percent happening this year. It has to happen this year because I’ve got plans for next year.

“Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby?”

On why she decided to delay the show, Adele admitted it had nothing to do with COVID-19.

The singer said;

“I tried my hardest and really thought I would be able to pull something together in time.

“I regret that I kept going until that late in the day. It would have been a really half-arsed show, and I can’t do that.

“People will see straight through me up on the stage and know I didn’t want to be doing it. I’ve never done anything like that in my life and I’m not going to start now.”

Adele, who celebrated her appearance by pole dancing afterward, said she’s holding out on announcing new dates until she knows everything will definitely be ready.
