Nollywood actor and movie producer, Zubby Michael, has shown how he splashed over eight million naira at a party he organized to celebrate his 37th birthday.

The actor, who clocked 37 on February 1, has established himself as a household name in the Nigerian movie industry.

The actor took to his Instagram account to share images of his expenditure during his birthday party which was over a million naira.

From the images he showed, a large chunk of the money was expended on alcoholic drinks.
The film star took to his Instagram page on Monday to show off receipt of his bill at the event with his signature hashtags”#ZM #Doings”.

The event, which took place at a Lagos club on Sunday, had in attendance top figures in the entertainment landscape including Davido, Olamide, Phyno, Portable, KCee, and Rudeboy.
Also present were Nollywood stars and socialites such as Kanayo O. Kanayo, Alex Ekubo, Ini Edo, Yul Edochie, E-money, Cubana Chief Priest, and Uche Jombo.

It can be recalled that sometimes last year, he declared himself as the biggest and richest actor in Africa at the moment while reflecting on his career strides.

“For now, I’m the richest actor because if you see the money I get, I’m not saying that for people to clap for me. The last time I checked my book, I realized that I have made N102 million from artiste fee lately, not in all my career,” he had said.
“That means I have to share N10.2 million for people because that is my way of paying tithe. I have three houses, one in Lagos, another in Asaba, and the other in Anambra. Three buildings for now and more coming.”
