Ituah Ighodalo partners intercessory group, to holds prayer walk for Nigeria
The Nigeria Intercessory Group has called for special prayers for the country.

The Group in collaboration with the Trinity House Lagos, is set to organise a Prayer Walk for the current state of the nation. Speaking on behalf of the group, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Senior Pastor of Trinity House said, the decay in the country is alarming, and it is time something is done about it.
The idea behind the prayer walk he says is to walk and pray collectively, to have spiritual impact, to ask God to intervene and provide for the country the right kind of leadership and followership, adding that it is the followership that produces the leadership.
“It is the family and the home that produces people that become presidents and governors. Family value breakdown and immorality has produced for us leaders that do not fear God and don’t have a passion for the people.
So, we are praying that God will change our economy, and raise up leaders that will turn the country around for good.”
The Prayer Walk which is billed to hold on June 4 will significantly, kick off from the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, where the Union Jack was lowered in 1960, and the green white green flag was raised.
This he says is significant as it was the cenc fotttre of our independence and centre of government in those days.
