Kim Kardashian files for emergency protective measure following death threat

Kim Kardashian has filed for an emergency restraining order following the death threat from a stalker identified as David Resendiz.
The reality show star ran to court for the restraining order, after the man threatened to kill her and her family and blow up her office with a bomb.
Her security team has intercepted over 80 letters containing several “disturbing sexual references” about her, said to be sent by David Resendiz according to TMZ. It was revealed that she has received 30 letters in the last one month alone.
Kim also said Resendiz has lashed out at those with whom she has had “intimate relationship with.”
In 2021, the mother of four had to deal with a seemingly unrelated incident of stalking, when Nicolas Costanza, sent the star a diamond ring and a morning after pill.
She managed to obtain a five year restraining order against him, he was eventually charged with felony stalking after breaching the order and attempted to jump the gate and get into the ground of her San Fernando mansion.
