After giving a performance abroad, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, explained why he usually returns to Nigeria right away.

He professed love for Nigeria stating that he always want to be there.

In light of Nigeria’s blessings, he urged the government to perform better.

He remembered how, as a child, whenever his parents went on vacation to America, he would tell them that he wanted to go back to Nigeria.

“People always wonder why I fly back home after gigs. Funny enough when we used to come to America on holiday as a kid, l’d cry to my parents that I wanna go back to Naija. Really love being in Nigeria. Even if I have 4 hours to be in Naija, I go run am! No place like! Our leaders need to do better, the country is blessed.”
