Kanye West exonerated from any charges for hitting a fan

Kanye West, however, said in an interview with Hollywood Unlocked that the man had been looking for an autograph when the initial altercation took place, according to Jason Lee.
Complex was informed of this by the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office. An examination of the claims was said to have led to the conclusion not to press charges.
Complex was told:
“After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”
On his side of the story, West said:
“I ended up getting into an altercation with the individual that wanted to make money off my autographs.”
