Actor, Emeka Ani seeks financial aid as he battles eye problem
Veteran Nollywood actor, Emeka Ani, has appealed to Nigerians for assistance as he fights an eye condition that could result in irreversible blindness.
Recall that the senior prophet of the Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry Warri, Jeremiah Fufeyin, gave Ani six million naira last year so he could receive treatment.
He then cried out, saying he was losing his vision due to cataracts. He also had a wound on his buttocks that required immediate care.
The actor did, however, disclose that he still need additional surgery as a result of an eye condition that, if left unchecked, might result in blindness.
Ani made a plea in a video that was posted on Sunday on the Instagram page of his colleague, Muonago Collins.
The actor was heard saying in the clip:
There is a growth around my eyes, if you look at it very well, you’ll see the growth coming to the black spot and if care is not properly taken, it might result in blindness.
So, I want to plead with you once again, my brothers and sisters, to kindly help me so I can be taken abroad for proper medication and surgery. I have gone to so many hospitals here in Nigeria but to no avail. Please kindly help me so I can make use of my sight once again.
