As the first woman chosen to represent the #DiorLady9522 by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the author @ChimamandaReal epitomizes the must-have bag’s contemporary identity.
The new bag that is a contemporary reimagining of the iconic #LadyDior, unveiled here in the company of the writer @ChimamandaReal.

Lady Dior is the brand name given to a handbag by the Christian Dior firm, often known as Dior, in memory of Diana, the Princess of Wales.
The Lady 95.22 made its debut at the ready-to-wear presentation for the fall/winter 2022-2023 season.
Its name alludes to both the year of its rebirth (1995) and the year of its invention (2022).
Adichie appears in the advertisement wearing a black pant suit and a white T-shirt that reads, “We Should All Be Feminists.”
The author remarked in a video that went along with the book:
I feel happiest when I am surrounded by the people I love—by my family, by my friends. I think femininity and feminism have often been seen as mutually exclusive.
And so, I think for a long time, people felt that being a feminist meant somehow to reject everything to do with feminity.
Right so, you have to, in some ways, kind of appropriate a man to be a feminist, and I don’t think so at all. I think that femininity and feminism actually do complement each other.
