Nipsey Hussle’s killer receives 60 years imprisonment
After being found guilty of murdering American rapper, Nipsey Hussle, Eric R. Holder Jr. has been given a 60-year jail term.
In the South Los Angeles neighborhood where both men grew up under very similar conditions, Holder was found guilty of first-degree murder for killing Hussle in 2019. The murder occurred outside the Marathon, the apparel business Hussle owned.
The decision was made on Wednesday in Los Angeles by judge H. Clay Jacke II.
“I am very mindful of what was presented as to Holder Jr’s mental health.
“I am also mindful of the devastation caused to the victims and their families. I believe this sentence balances the two.”
