Nigerian Idol: Victory Gbakara wins N100m grand prize
Victory Gbakara, 25, has emerged winner of one of the Nigerian Idol, Season 8, walking away with N100m grand prize.
This was announced by the host of the show, Ikponmwosa Osakioduwa, popularly known as IK, during the grand finale held in Lagos on Sunday.
Gbakara was announced winner after eight highly competitive weeks, which commenced on DStv and GOtv on April 23.
Victory, who is a lawyer walked away with N35m cash, a brand new SUV, one Bigi Refrigerator, and a year’s contract for the supply of Bigi soft drinks.
He also went home with an all-expenses-paid trip courtesy of Tecno, a music record deal by a reputable label that will include a video shoot, one year supply of WAW detergent, and a fully installed DStv Explora with one year of Premium subscription.
