The Grammy-nominated singer said the items are always found with him wherever he goes because he considers them very important.
Here are the ten things Davido cannot do without:

1. Popcorn
The megastar said his love for popcorn dates back to the movie nights he had with cousins as a child.
“I love popcorn. When we were young, we used to have like movie nights, especially in my cousin’s house. So my aunty, aunty Christine used to make this bomb ass popcorn,” he said.
“She used to switch it up, sometimes it could be cinnamon, she even made Maggigi popcorn. It was so dope.”

2. The Bible
Davido said the Bible is essential for him. He also revealed that his prayer points have increased ever since his Grammy nomination.
“On our tablet here, you know we have like a Bible. We also have an app for daily hymns, you have other people in the app where you can talk to, pray with, like Facebook. We also have prayer points too,” he added.
“Everybody knows what my prayer point is now. Every day I pray, I have been nominated for three Grammys. So everyone knows what I am praying for now”.

3. Martell
He also named the Martell drink as one of his essentials. He said he usually takes two shots of the drink to “ease the stress of the road”.
“The road be stressful so sometimes that is why I have a little drink, you know to ease the stress. My go to drink, it is called the side car. Obviously, it is like two shots of this, with orange peel and lime juice. Then you mix it up,” he said.

4. Jewellery
Another item the singer mentioned is his love for jewellery. He revealed that he had one Patek wristwatch and two Rolex watches.
He also showed off his chain collection that comprised a ‘Timeless’ neckpiece in celebration of his Grammy nomination.

Others are a DMW piece with his daughter’s face on the pendant and a frog necklace “because my voice is hoarse and they were calling me a frog on Twitter.”
His other essentials include:
5. Headphones
6. Laptop
7. Sneakers
8. Sunglasses
9. Money
10. Cologne

Davido has firmly established himself as one of the prominent names in the African music industry.
