Since 2021, Olusoga has led an intensive Emerging Designers Programme, a training initiative that has already equipped more than 40 early-career designers with the practical skills required to navigate today’s competitive fashion market. “Talent is plentiful,” Olusoga explains, “but what’s missing is structure. Creativity must be supported by discipline and a clear understanding of how the industry works.”
Her modules reflect this belief. Designers undergo a guided process covering range planning, fabrication logic, fit analysis, finishing standards, and sustainable production models.
