Jobberman Nig launches campaign to empower women
Jobberman Nigeria, a recruitment platform, recently launched the #BeABossLady campaign at a high-profile media parley held at the Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce, Lagos.

The initiative aims to empower 44,000 young African women with digital skills, business acumen, and career development opportunities through innovative micro-learning platforms.
The #BeABossLady initiative is a transformative pan-African women’s empowerment program launched through a strategic partnership between The African Talent Company (TATC) and Arifu. Operating across three key African markets – Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda – the program is designed to equip young women with essential digital and business skills.
“The #BeABossLady initiative is a movement to reshape the narrative of female leadership in Africa,” said Samantha Ifezulike, Head of People and Culture, Jobberman Nigeria. “By leveraging technology and partnerships across our pan-African network, we’re creating accessible pathways for women to achieve financial independence and professional success. This is not just about individual advancement; it’s about transforming entire communities through women’s empowerment.”
The campaign offers three specialised learning tracks delivered via WhatsApp: the Jobseeker Toolkit, Business Toolkit, and E-commerce Toolkit. This mobile-first approach empowers women to master new skills flexibly around their daily commitments.
