Nectar Beauty Hub Presents K-Beauty Friday: Unlocking the Secrets of Korean Beauty

Nectar Beauty Hub—Lekki, Lagos is proud to announce the inaugural Afro Friday celebration next Friday, 22nd November, 2024, at Nectar Beauty Hub, Lekki.

This momentous event honours African culture’s vibrant beauty and resilience and showcases the best of African skincare brands and products.

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, the beauty industry has witnessed a surge in demand for diverse and inclusive products. However, African beauty standards and brands have historically been underrepresented. Afro Friday seeks to change this narrative by providing a platform for African skincare brands to shine and empowering consumers to discover the richness of African beauty.

“African beauty is not just about products; it’s about culture, heritage, and identity,” “For too long, African beauty standards have been marginalised, and it’s time we celebrate our unique features, skin types, and textures. Afro Friday is more than an event – it’s a movement to reclaim our beauty narrative.” says Mrs Beatrice Eneh, Founder of Nectar Beauty Hub.

The story of African beauty is one of resilience and creativity. From ancient Egyptian rituals to modern-day innovations, African skincare has always been rooted in tradition and community. Afro Friday pays homage to this legacy, highlighting the expertise and craftsmanship of African skincare brands. By celebrating African beauty, we’re not only promoting diversity but also preserving cultural heritage.

Mrs Beatrice Eneh said, “Afro Friday is an opportunity to experience the best of African skincare, from natural ingredients to innovative products”.

Nectar Beauty Hub is thrilled to partner with talented African brands, artisans, and entrepreneurs who embody the spirit of Afro beauty.

During Afro Friday, attendees will enjoy:

  • Exclusive access to African skincare products and brands
  • Interactive workshops and masterclasses on African skincare routines
  • Live music and entertainment celebrating African culture
  • Special discounts and promotions on African skincare products
  • Networking opportunities with industry experts and influencers

Afro Friday is a call to celebrate our beauty, our culture, and our heritage. Join us in embracing the richness of African beauty and empowering a new generation of beauty enthusiasts.
