Nigeria’s top celebrities, executives, and influencers recently gathered for a night of luxury, celebrating a new partnership between Glenfiddich Grand Cru and Viva Jets.

The event marked Glenfiddich Grand Cru’s official announcement as the in-flight beverage partner for Viva Jets, offering premium drinks on both local and international flights.
Held at the Marriott Ikeja, the night highlighted the shared values of luxury and excellence between the two brands.

Speaking at the event, Eddie Madaki, Meta Luxury Manager for Africa at William Grant & Sons, makers of Glenfiddich praised the partnership, saying it reflects Glenfiddich’s commitment to unforgettable, world-class experiences. “Glenfiddich Grand Cru blends tradition and innovation. We’re proud to bring this spirit of excellence to the skies,” he said.

Madaki also toasted Falcon Aero’s CEO, Chukwuerika Achum, and his team, commending their efforts in redefining air travel and celebrating the launch of the Falcon Aero magazine and AOC license.

Falcon Aero’s CEO, Chukwuerika Achum, stated that Glenfiddich’s reputation for quality and refinement made it the perfect choice for their premium in-flight service, aligning with the bespoke experience they offer their elite clientele.

Glenfiddich Grand Cru, aged 23 years and finished in rare French cuvée casks, is known for its rich flavour and craftsmanship. This partnership marks another step in Glenfiddich’s mission to deliver luxury in every detail.

The evening also witnessed the unveiling of ABOVE magazine, an international publication curated to provide the experiences of the global traveler.

Filled with inspiring travel stories, cultural insights, and global perspectives, the magazine is designed for the modern explorer who seeks to engage deeply with the world around them.

As part of the night’s celebration, there was also a fascinating showcase of Viva Jets newly designed cabin crew outfits. Created in collaboration with acclaimed designer Loza Maleombho, the outfits reflect a blend of African cultural heritage, luxury, and contemporary style.

The Falcon Aero Jet Night wasn’t just an event, it was a celebration of a bold new chapter in luxury travel.
