In spirit of the E1LagosGP, Maryam Elisha, Founder and CEO of RikaotoByMe fashion brand, recently led Miss Universe and Miss Earth Queens in courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The visit was a key activity for the Queens’ E1 Championship Fashion Showcase X Experience Lagos 2025 VIP Humanitourism campaign, facilitated by Rikaoto by Me in partnership with Afreximbank and the Aurora International Charity Foundation.
Governor Sanwo-Olu warmly welcomed the Queens, hailing them as “global ambassadors of culture, environmental sustainability and empowerment.”
“Lagos is a city that celebrates diversity, creativity and purpose. We are proud to welcome these remarkable women who are not only symbols of beauty but voices of impact. Their visit strengthens Lagos’ position as a global destination for tourism, fashion and innovation,” said Governor Sanwo-Olu.
Speaking for the delegation, Miss Earth 2024, Jessica M. Lane, praised Lagos for its “vibrancy, resilience and forward-thinking spirit” and reaffirmed the Queens’ shared commitment to advocacy and environmental sustainability.
The delegation included Miss Universe, Sheynnis Palacios, Miss Universe Nigeria, and several Miss Earth titleholders. The engagement underscored Lagos’ growing capacity to host major international events and highlighted the state’s strategic focus on promoting tourism through partnerships with organizations like Afreximbank and the E1 Lagos GP.
