Black Celebrities in the US react to Alton Sterling killing
The #Blacklivesmatter campaign, has gotten another storm in it’s camps as white police officers, gunned down another innocent black unarmed civilian.
Celebrities took to their social media to express their displeasure over the list of unendless cop-killings of black people. A lot of them said they were scared for their family and loved ones out there.
White America expressed distaste when Beyonce got information at her Super Bowl performance which was a Black lives matter campaign initiative, but the major reason still goes on.
Instagram was full of memes from Celebrities demanding justice and an end to this violence on blacks. Taraji P Henson posted a short video of Malcom X talking about police brutality, Busta Rhymes posted one of Tupac’s interview before he was killed addressing the same issue. Jay Z released a song on his streaming service, Tidal, titled “Spiritual” which he claims talks about the situation. The list of tweets and Instagram and facebook posts from Celebrities is endless.
