Facebook Founder, Mark Zuckerberg joins the Ikoyi bridge running crowd today
Mark Zuckerberg, founder of one of popular social media site, Facebook was sighted having a quick run this morning run across Ikoyi Bridge. The billonaire was in the company of entrepreneurs of the Lagos Road Warriors running club.
He had described the exercise as the best way to see the city!
It would be recalled that news of his unannounced trip broke Tuesday with social media photos of him visiting the Co-Creation Hub (Cchub) innovation center in Lagos.
Meanwhile, Zuckerberg then dropped in at Andela, a software developer accelerator, in which he and his wife’s foundation invested $24million earlier this year. Zuckerberg also met with coders in CcHub’s co-working space and then visited the incubation space, where he talked with reps from bookings startup Hotels.ng and LifeBank App, a digital blood donor database.
In his verified Facebook account, he had said
“I’ll be meeting with developers and entrepreneurs, and learning about the startup ecosystem…”
