Kate Henshaw covers Genevieve magazine in sports bra

For its #bodifidience edition, lifestyle magazine, Genevieve has got Nollywood award-winning actress, Kate Henshaw on its latest cover in a sports bra, lifting some real weight, with minimal make up on her face.
The healthy-living maverick, shares her journey to becoming a confident and healthy woman, as well as some fitness and health secrets that has helped her so far.
She looked ready to take on anything both on the cover and the editorial page.
“When I was younger I looked at images of older women who had kids but still had lithe athletic bodies and I knew early on what I wanted my body to look like” Henshaw says.
Other women, who shared their bodifidience story were Group Editor-in-Chief Truetales Publications, Onah Nwachukwu, Poet and writer and filmmaker, Wana Udobang, Fitness and Nutrition expert of AskDamz Dama Ladejobi, and founder InspiredbyGlory, Glory Edozien.
