Actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals he has never liked the way his body looks

American actor and politician, Arnold Schwarzenegger who is popular for his muscular physique recently disclosed that he had never been satisfied with the way his body looks.
”Mr Terminator” who has won six Olympic titles and starred in numerous popular movies actually said that looking at his body in the mirror makes him want to throw up. “When I look in the mirror, I throw up.” Schwarzenegger said. Nobody would ever assume that a man with such physique had self esteem issues.
According to him, even though he appeared confident most of the time, he was only faking it. Behind closed doors he secretly asked himself how he managed to win the prestigious bodybuilding titles.
His lack of confidence in himself is what motivated him to keep trying harder even after his numerous achievements. Schwarzenegger has credited his success to constant practice which he said made him appear confident.
“I could always find a million things wrong with myself and that’s what got me back into the gym – because I started out with that mentality.” He said.
