7 Hot fashion trends for 2017

Ready to spice up your wardrobe this year? It is going to be a lot easier than you think given that some trends from 2016 are still trending in 2017.

Below are list of fashion trends you need to know in 2017:

1. Asymetrical neck lines
They help show up some parts of the shoulders. It would be a good idea to go for blouses, sweaters or dresses with asymmetrical necklines.

2. Flared Tops and Jeans
Tops and jeans with flares are back and taking over. This would be a good time to invest in outfits with flares.

3. Jackets
Whether jeans jackets , boyfriend jackets or the kimono, they are definitely a must-have this year. You can never go wrong with having one or two jackets in your closet.

4. Shirt dresses
They are usually paired with leggings or jeans. However, for that edgy look, shirt dresses could be worn alone. This year be on the look out for shirt dresses with embellishments, bold necklines and the likes.

5. Bold colours
The nudes would be taking back stage and the bold colours are to dominate the runaways. This year is for experimenting with bold colours outfits like red, yellow, blue and the likes.

6. Stripes
Be adventurous and pair with what makes you feel good. You go for striped tops or striped skirts or trousers. There are no rules for rocking stripes actually. You can never go wrong with stripes.

7. You are trend
Lastly, you can start your own trend, it does not necessarily have to be what is in vogue. Dressing in a way that makes you feel good and brings out the best in you should be the goal.
