Nigerian gay activist, Bisi Alimi, who got married to his white partner recently, took to his Instagram handle to disclose that he can’t wait for the day Africans around the world will bring out their Bibles and Qurans and set them ablaze.
He posted saying: “I look forward to the day Africans across the continent will gather their Bibles and Quran and burn them at the market place, while we go in search of who and what our real and authentic selves are. Good Morning.”
Bisi Alimi posted that on Instagram with the caption: “It is the responsibility of Africans both young and old to make sure the continent regains its glory. We should remember the Europeans that used the bible to enslave us have turned their back against it.”
