He was born Bankole Wellington but many know him as Banky W, a.k.a Mr Capable a.k.a King of the Lagos party. Two weeks ago, he was in the news for surviving a fire incident that happened at his home, located along Admiralty Way, Lekki  Phase 1, Lagos.

Now, Banky W has officially released his first video for 2017. In statement, he revealed that he is celebrating life, and counting blessings with  a new music video  – ”Blessing me.’‘

Speaking about the music video, Banky W said:

”This song is as much for anyone that’s going through tough times, as it is for those that have already overcome them,”

‘‘As you all probably know, I had a fire incident in my house, that was a little bit scary at the time.”

He explained further: ”But instead of focusing on that fear or on the damage and what was lost, I choose to celebrate the fact that God has once again saved my life, and made me victorious over death and unfortunate circumstances. I’m celebrating life, and counting my blessings.”

After sharing the video on his Instagram page, Banky W wrote:
